About the material

A dark surface does not have to be glossy to leave an impression. Here weight comes from layered matte stone texture.

Vulcano is the darkest material in the Slate collection. Deep tones through a matte slate surface build presence without veins, reflection or a decorative effect. Texture and shadow do the work instead of contrast.

It comes through most clearly where there is room to see depth: a larger wall, a floor, a facade detail or a representative zone. With Alaska or Ankara the contrast is sharp but naturally stone-like. Dark marbles on the same task often seek spectacle; Vulcano stays calm and architecturally direct. Fokos Grafite moves in a similar dark zone, but with a calmer, more earthy structure.

When a space needs weight and contrast without a luxury pattern, Vulcano is the most powerful choice in the palette.
