Official manufacturer catalogues and technical guides help you check thickness, installation, fabrication and maintenance before ordering.

Documents are mostly in English. For process explanations in Serbian, use the site guides; the PDFs are the detailed manufacturer source for the workshop and designer.

Downloading PDF guides requires a free account. Technical sheets for individual materials remain available without signing in. Always check finish and format availability before ordering.

How to use the documentation

PDF documents do not replace a project decision. They help you check technical details of the installation system, fabrication or maintenance once application and thickness are already set.

Recommended order: define application and thickness, choose a material among those that fit, then open the guide that covers your installation or fabrication method.

Before ordering, agree the cutting plan, edges, bringing slabs in and installation with the workshop and installer.

Catalogues

Catalogues give an overview of collections, formats, thicknesses and finishes. They are used for comparative material selection, not for installation details.

Workshop fabrication

Cutting, drilling and edge finishing on large-format slabs require experience and suitable equipment.

Installation: cladding, floors and furniture

These guides cover interior applications: wall cladding, floors, furniture elements and work surfaces.

Facades and exterior cladding

Facade systems differ by substrate, substructure and fixing method. The facade designer defines the choice.

The main guide covers ventilated facades. The special instructions below cover installation on cement board, ETICS / thermal insulation and plaster.

Maintenance and cleaning

Technical sheet per material

Each material on the site has a material page with available finishes, formats and a technical sheet (PDF) download for that material.

That is the first source when you check whether a given finish, thickness and format combination exists for a specific material.

Certificates and standards

The overview follows official certificates from manufacturer Laminam S.p.A. Each item explains what the standard means for the project, not only the document name.

For a tender, LEED / BREEAM evidence or food-contact confirmation, request the current document version. Material, finish and format availability is still checked on the material page.

System certificates

ISO 9001

Quality management system. Confirms that production and control processes are run through a defined and verifiable system.

ISO 14001

Environmental management system. Tracks the impact of production on the environment and requirements for continuous improvement.

ISO 14064-1

Quantification and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions at organisation level (carbon footprint).

ISO 20400

Sustainable procurement. Laminam completed supply-chain alignment and received a Good Practice Certificate.

C-TPAT

US supply-chain security programme (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism). Relates to warehouses, access and controls in distribution.

Product, food and the European market

EPD

Environmental Product Declaration. Ecological product declaration; all Laminam products have an EPD. Used in building assessment and material selection.

NSF

NSF International, solid surfacing for food zone. Confirms the slabs are suitable for direct contact with food and liquids in kitchens.

MOCA

Declaration of compliance for materials and articles intended for food contact (EU, Regulation 1935/2004). Relevant for kitchen work surfaces.

Kosher Parve

Compliance with kosher requirements. Used when a project or client asks for confirmation for food areas.

CAM

Minimum environmental criteria (Italy). The slabs meet CAM requirements for public procurement in construction, renovation and building maintenance.

CE označavanje

Compliance with applicable European requirements for placing products on the market. Laminam introduced CE early for 3+ and 5+ thicknesses as well.

UKCA označavanje

Compliance for placing products on the United Kingdom market, including 3+ and 5+ thicknesses.

Building sustainability

LEED

The slabs contribute to LEED building credits through environmental performance and available declarations (e.g. EPD). LEED applies to the building, not to the brand as a certificate itself.

BREEAM

The slabs support projects aiming for a BREEAM rating. Relevant for investors and designers who need measurable material data.

DGNB

Laminam is registered in the DGNB system (Germany). EPD data are available to designers when specifying materials for certified buildings.

Facades, shipbuilding and market requirements

IMO / MED

Compliance with the Marine Equipment Directive (MED) for use as cladding and flooring in shipbuilding, within the thickness range covered by the manufacturer’s certificate.

UPEC (QB32)

French certification of floor covering performance. Confirms suitability for specific use conditions and durability.

QB15 / Avis Technique

French technical assessment (CSTB) for a ventilated facade, including Laminam 5+ in 1000 × 3000 mm format. Applies to the stated production sites and Avis Technique document version.

ITB

Polish Instytut Techniki Budowlanej. Confirms slab compliance with technical requirements for the Polish market.

CCC

China Compulsory Certification. Required for commercialisation on the Chinese market.

SQM

Saudi Quality Mark. Compliance with requirements for export and placing on the Saudi Arabian market.

Dubai Civil Defence (CoC)

Certificate of Conformity for fire reaction of Laminam 5+ in ventilated facades in the UAE.

Vijetnam

Local compliance required for import and commercialisation of Laminam products in Vietnam.

ISPM 15

Phytosanitary requirements for wooden packaging in international transport. Relates to shipment packaging, not the slab itself in the project.
