About the material

A darker accent does not have to dominate the space to leave an impression.

Ghisa uses a darker tone to give the space more depth, but stays neutral enough not to become the central element of the interior. The balance between presence and restraint makes it easy to connect wood, stone, concrete, and metal into one whole.

It is most often seen on portals, walls, and furniture fronts where a more serious character is needed without crossing into black. Unlike Oxide Corten, which builds identity through oxidation and patina, Ghisa keeps the constant interwoven texture of the Filo line.

When a darker accent is needed that will not take over the whole space, Ghisa is often the safest choice in the Filo family.
