These terms govern use of the Laminam Serbia site. The site is an informative catalogue and support for technical material selection.
1. Site operator
The site Laminam Srbija (laminam.rs) is operated by Miraro d.o.o., company ID 101016326, address Bulevar despota Stefana 126, Beograd. Miraro d.o.o. is the official partner of LAMINAM S.p.A. for the Serbian market.

2. Acceptance of the terms
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Special terms may apply to individual services (e.g. sending an inquiry). In that case those terms apply as well, alongside these.
3. Subject and nature of the site
The site is an informational overview of Laminam materials, collections, applications and technical guides. The aim is to support a sound technical decision: application, thickness, material, finish and available formats.
The site is not an online shop. Publishing materials, formats, finishes or documentation is not an offer to conclude a sales contract via the site.
A request for a quote, samples or technical support is sent via the contact form or another agreed channel. A contract is formed only when terms are confirmed in written communication or order documentation.
4. Product information
Descriptions, images, technical data and availability on the site are for orientation. The manufacturer catalogue and stock can change.
Not every material is available in all finishes, thicknesses and formats. Before a final decision, check availability on the specific material page and align the choice with the workshop and installer.
For a project, the manufacturer’s current technical sheets, the confirmed specification and agreed delivery conditions are decisive. If there is a difference between the site and confirmed documentation, the confirmed documentation applies.
5. Intellectual property
The LAMINAM name, logos, collections, photographs, texts, and visual and technical content on the site are protected by the intellectual property rights of LAMINAM S.p.A., its partners or third parties, unless otherwise stated.
Browsing and temporary storage of content as needed to use the site are permitted. Copying, adapting, public communication or commercial use of content without prior consent of the rights holder is prohibited, except where the law expressly allows otherwise.
For permission to use photographs or the brand in a project presentation, contact us before publishing.
6. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the site to learn about products, prepare a project and send a legitimate inquiry.
The following is prohibited: disrupting the site; automated mass downloading of content; introducing malicious code; misrepresentation; misuse of the contact form; collecting other users’ data; using the site in a way that breaks the law or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to restrict access or refuse to process inquiries that breach these terms.
7. User enquiries and content you submit
When you send an enquiry, you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Do not send content that is unlawful, offensive, confidential without authorisation, or that infringes third-party rights.

11. Governing law
These terms and use of the site are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, subject to provisions that cannot be excluded by contract.
Disputes fall under the competent court in Belgrade, unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
