Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data we collect via the Laminam Serbia site, why we process it and what rights you have.
1. Data controller
For processing personal data via the site Laminam Srbija (laminam.rs), the controller is Miraro d.o.o., company ID 101016326, address Bulevar despota Stefana 126, Beograd.

2. Scope of the policy
The policy applies to the public site laminam.rs and services offered through it, including the contact / inquiry form.
It does not cover processing of data off the site (e.g. contracts, invoicing or communication after a confirmed business relationship), except where that data is still treated as a continuation of a site inquiry.
Use of the site is also governed by the Terms of Use.
3. What data we collect
Data you send via the inquiry form: first and last name, email, phone, optionally company or studio, project type, application, message and data on materials you marked in the inquiry (material, finish, format).
Technical data when using the site: IP address, device and browser type, pages you visited, visit time and similar diagnostic data generated by the server, CDN and security controls.
Analytics data (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) on how the site is used: page views, navigation, interactions and aggregated metrics. Clarity may record sessions (e.g. mouse movement and clicks) to improve the site.
We do not request special categories of data (e.g. health). Please do not enter such data in the form.
4. Purpose and legal basis
We reply to the inquiry, prepare a quote or technical support and continue communication about the project. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry.
We maintain, protect and improve the site (stability, security, abuse prevention, understanding of use). Legal basis: legitimate interest.
We meet legal obligations when retention or disclosure of data is required (e.g. tax or accounting context if an enquiry leads to a contract).
If consent is needed for a specific processing activity (e.g. marketing messages beyond answering an enquiry), we will ask for it clearly and separately. The enquiry form currently serves to respond to your request, not for a newsletter without separate consent.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell data. We share it only when needed to run the site or reply to an inquiry, with processors acting on our behalf or as independent service providers:
Site hosting and infrastructure; Cloudflare (CDN, protection and Turnstile checks when sending enquiries); email delivery (SMTP service for sending and, if configured, enquiry confirmation); Google (Analytics); Microsoft (Clarity).
If your project requires coordination with LAMINAM S.p.A. or another partner in the supply chain, we may forward relevant enquiry data to the extent needed to respond. In that case we share only what is necessary for that purpose.
We may disclose data to a competent authority when the law requires it.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies required to operate (e.g. a WordPress session for signed-in users and form security controls).
Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) set their own cookies or local identifiers to measure and improve the site. These tools load on the production public site.
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the enquiry form from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical request data in doing so.
In the browser you can limit or delete cookies. Some site functions may then work in a limited way.
7. Retention period
We keep inquiries and related communication for as long as needed to respond and close the matter, and then as long as legitimate business or legal reasons require (e.g. proof of communication, project follow-up). Typically up to 24 months from the last activity on the inquiry, unless a shorter or longer period follows from law or contract.
We keep server and security logs for a shorter operational period, unless longer retention is needed for an incident investigation.
Analytics data are retained according to the Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity account settings, in aggregated or pseudonymised form to the extent the tools allow.
8. Transfers outside Serbia / the EEA
Some processors (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare, email infrastructure) may process data on servers outside the Republic of Serbia, including countries outside the European Economic Area.
In such cases we rely on the contractual measures of service providers and the applicable transfer safeguards they offer, together with our assessment that the transfer is needed to run the site or respond to an inquiry.
9. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia, you may request: access to data; rectification; erasure; restriction of processing; objection to processing based on legitimate interest; portability where applicable.
Send the request to the controller’s email. We may ask for reasonable identity confirmation before acting. We respond within the legal deadline.
If you believe processing is not in accordance with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
Rights are not absolute. We may refuse or limit a request when the law allows (e.g. retention duties or protecting third-party rights).
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: HTTPS, limited admin access, form abuse protection and controlled access to email infrastructure.
No internet transfer is completely without risk. If you learn of suspicious activity related to your inquiry, notify us immediately.
11. Children
The site is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect minors’ data for marketing. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us for deletion.
12. Changes to the policy
We may update the policy when services, tools or regulations change. The date of the last change is at the top of the page.
We will publish material changes on this page. Continued use of the site after publication means you are aware of the updated policy, to the extent the law allows.
