When texture is enough and pattern is unnecessary

If you want a wall or floor that does not look like stone or wood, but keeps a raw, hand-worked surface, that is Calce. The material follows the look of plaster applied by hand: small irregularities, gentle tone shifts, a surface that reads slightly differently under different light.

The palette runs from light, almost colourless tones such as Bianco and Avorio, to darker and heavier ones such as Antracite, Nero and Terracotta. It is most often chosen when the space already has enough accents (furniture, wood, metal) and the wall or floor should stay calm, but not empty.

About the collection

Calce collection: texture instead of pattern

A plastered wall is one of the oldest building elements and one of the few that stays relevant regardless of interior style. Calce starts exactly there: from a surface that does not try to look like something else, but keeps its own tactile nature.

Unlike materials that imitate marble or natural stone, Calce does not build identity through veining or contrast. Surface character comes from subtle tone shifts and a light relief texture, visible only up close or under side light.

Lighter materials in the collection, Bianco and Avorio, open the space and work well in smaller or less lit areas. Darker ones, Antracite and Nero, bring architectural character without needing extra decorative elements.

Calce is most often chosen when the interior already has enough visual accents (furniture, wood, metal) and the wall or floor should stay in the background, but not empty. Availability by thickness and finish is checked on each material page, according to the planned application.
